Licensed Architect (C22740), E(Erin) Sylvia Simpson, is one of the rare female Architectural design professionals in a predominantly male design/construction industry. Sylvia has worked with K-12 schools Architect Don Renfro, health and federal government Architect Miller Caldwell and had the honor of being the first licensed female Architect to rise, intern to professional, in the San Joaquin Valley.
Sylvia has established an extensive career as a consulting Architect for design firms such as Carlson Design Build, Pac-Rim Architects, Boyle Engineering and others. She has appeared as a guest designer for International Habitat for Humanity in Florida. Recently Sylvia reviewed multi-million dollar projects in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for construction.
